The Oil Ring requires manual pumpin to start the cycle to then be regulated by increasing the resistance to the dynamos stator…and max speed limiter contains a max pressure pressure safety valve and vents the oil if run away effect occurs due to electronics failure… a speed limiter within the drive shaft assembly . .The design then intended to heat side walks…also makes a great bicycle bike rack….if half way burried..
