Pretzoli
The “Pretzoli” is an alternative to standard Ice Cream and is perfect suited to be produced in a mobile food truck. Standard ice cream vendors purchase ice cream in bulk (5 Gallon containers). This style of ice cream service the reduces over head due to wasted product not being used in an efficient manor where most ice cream trucks then stock multiple flavors to serve. The storage for batter additives ( fruit flavoring / spice flavoring / fruit in a sugar based syrup ) then requires smaller space and less refrigeration capacity.
