In the current situation climate change has caused inclined temperatures in metro areas also producing more storm due to inclined oceanic heating…. When natural disaster occurs fresh water production systems are critical for stabilization of high population areas so we have drafted the following system to then, in emergency situation, serve an additional function to correct excessive heat upon the ocean front. The design cools the sand via cold air and mist fresh chilled water that has been distilled from ocean water using a fuel less platform for the power requirement.

* Note – The system can pipe / pump the distilled water to the adjacent building post high storm to keep the
toilets flushing and be used as potable water post municipal water system disruption.
* Note – The high salt concentrate produced from fuel less oceanic distillation then piped as salt water slurry to
total water processing at an off site location to then be reduce to dry salt and not returned to the
ocean directly.
